Car has been parked here on and off for about 3 months now, no North End sticker, and the car has become a trash dumping ground (litter etc all over the car), not to mention that it is taking away from the few parking spots us N End residents have in the neighborhood. May be worht a boot at this point.

Using HIghway cones to block public parking for private use. REported atleast 5 times. On October 23, 2025, I wanted to again park on Prince Street. The open spot was blocked for personal use by Parziale's Bakery at 3:05 pm. While other business owners are compelled to have required parking and sf assemblage area to run their business, Parziales, blocks public streets for their private use. I had to drive 20 minutes to find another place and drive on North End bumpy roads which hurts my car. They are using street space for congregation of consumers of their pizza and eating on the street ecouraging assemblage of persons without a permit and for parking their personal cars above what other residents feel is permissible. I do have a picture and this has been going on for over 6 months. When are you going to stop this? Make another law and keep fining them. if everyone saved parking spaces this would be a further nightmare
