This car does not have a North End parking sticker and stays all day in the 2 hour visitor pass. The owner works in the building w/and entrance on Lynn Street. Totally unfair and parking attendants do no ticket the car. They are there for six hours almost every day.

Loose and unsafe manhole cover on North Bennet St in the North End across from the Navarro Center. Someone walking could easily trip or sprain an ankle because. It is also a noise nuisance every time a car rides over it.

Non residents parking on Henchman Street. The city could make a killing in the north end going around and ticketing non resident cars parked on resident permit streets. The city tickets and tows actual residents parking all the time but never goes after non resident illegally parked cars. As a result residents have to go pay for parking in lots/ramps.
