Pothole at 75 charter st Boston north end

ILLEGALLY PARKED CARS CORNER OF THATCHER AND ENDICOTT NORTH END NEED TO BE TOWED CAUSING ISSUES WITH EVERY SINGLE CAR PASSING TO TURN

Ongoing issue outside of 447 Ashmont St’s driveway. People continually park up to the edge of driveway and majority time will block it with the back of their cars. It does not help that the convenient store near us has shoppers that continually park in front of driveway. North Monroe, 2 streets away from our street, actually has provided each driveway on that street with a dedicated tow zone sign at the end of their driveways— acknowledging to drivers they cannot park over the curved curb. I am seeking this as a Boston resident owner. Two signs at the end of 447 Ashmont St driveway signaling to drivers to NOT park past the sign. Thank you.

There is a concrete truck parked on N Margin in the North End for the construction project at 51 N Margin. Residents were never notified and currently there is a line of cars waiting to get down the street that cannot pass the illegal construction truck. This happens frequently. Please address ASAP

Please install bike racks here. This is one of the widest (and unused) sidewalks in the entire North End. If I had access to a bike rack, I could bike daily. But until then, it’s not feasible for me to carry my bike down 5 stories every time I ride it. The neighborhood has no bike racks and the sidewalks are particularly narrow, so people don’t have any where to park their bikes. Please consider this request

Everyday there are trucks illegally parked on the Causeway in the north end and the financial district as shown in this picture. Everything from moving trucks to even city trucks (which are still NOT allowed under the laws of this Commonwealth to park there). This is a gross danger to health and safety of every single person on this road. I am tired of having to veer in and out of lanes at peak rush hour to accommodate these unlawful actions. The city does nothing. If this is a state road, the Mass State Police does nothing. The picture is from today and its right next to the construction site occurring at 2 International Place, Boston, MA. The sign stating not to park is completely visible. No one cares. How many people have to die in car accidents for this city to actually do something about it?

Good Morning - A stretch of sidewalk outside 220 Commercial Street in the North End has become increasingly torn up, now with a large hole in the sidewalk where bricks are missing, as well as several other smaller holes. Someone has now placed a traffic cone nearby, as this really could be a hazardous hold to step in for an elderly person, etc. The displaced bricks are scattered about the sidewalk, and with upcoming summer festivals, parades, and sports events, it's only a matter of time before these bricks become projectiles. Could this please be added to your list of side walk repairs ASAP. This began with one missing brick in January, and over a very short space of time has expanded to entire missing sections as you can see in the attached photos. Thank you for looking into this.
