Tricycle in parking spot which serves as advertisement for Boston barber. It takes up valuable parking in the north end which is hard to come by

Constituent submitted the following via Contact Form on 12/13: I wonder why there are zero Holiday Decorations in North Square and almost nothing on Hanover & other streets in the North End while I noticed many decorations & lights when I took the bus to Brigham Women’s Hospital this morning in parks etc. There used to be lots of beautiful holiday decorations in the North End which was very inviting and attractive to. Illegal parking, tons of vehicles in North End

People block handicap parking spots in the north end with cones. They become super aggressive when you try to park in their spot even though it’s not their spot.

Bright spotlight on top of building in North end. Behind old north church , area near Unity court. It shines directly into my bedroom at 199 Salem St. I have blackout curtains and it still shows through. It seems stationed atop a building- not a streetlight.
