White Ford Transit Connect commercial van parked in bus stop on Lexington St at Prescott St in East Boston. They park in the bus stop almost every night and it blocks me from getting on/off the bus safely on the sidewalk

Last year a utility company installed new utility poles in the neighborhood around Cleary Square in Hyde Park. But they did not remove the old poles and on many poles they cut off the bottom couple feet. It has been over a year... is there a plan to remove the old poles? In addition to the poles at the intersection of Harvard Ave and Lincoln St (see photo), if you drive down Harvard Ave or Lincoln St you can see other examples all down the street (see other photos). Sign falling off pole

House at this property has a very loud high pitched motion sensor alarm that goes off anytime anyone walks by. It’s distressful for neighbors and pedestrians. Please have someone come out and investigate if this is legal.

Major rat sighted in the backyard of the place I'm renting. There might be a rat den undereat the deck. With a poropus white plastic lattice, rats run in and out. This should be solid and sealed off. Note: deck has a few uneven planks and some that are popping off at the ends.

I understand there are homeless people everywhere but there is one man who is always in front of our building and the one next door. Today, while moms were waiting to get kids off the bus, he was harassing us. He kept following me and tried to get my attention by grabbing my arm. Then, he moved onto a mom with a baby.
