construction on site, sidewalk in front with haphazard signage not clearly indicating if sidewalk is closed. families small children and elderly folk are walking in the street/ same lane as vehicular traffic. developer should have properly barred off alternative access for pedestrians- unsafe/hazard. ISD please be aware. please address.
