Hey, no parking except Commercial vehicle sign is down at 1738 Washington St. in Southend. It rotted off at the bottom.

Vehicle has been in 15 minute pickup/drop off zone for 36 hours and counting.

People seen breaking into a closed off fenced area on Columbia road. Temporary shelter set up there. Unsure what other activity is going on there.
