There needs to be a no turn on red sign here for Riverway southbound

There is a jagged metal pole about 3 inches high on the sidewalk. It is a dangerous trip hazard. There used to be a pole that held a sign there but it got ripped down. The sign and pole are gone just a small portion remains in the sidewalk.
