Tell MBTA fix stop sign it should not take this long

Sign fallen over, dislodged from asphalt

Good evening, Boston 311 and hope you're all having good Thursday. I'd like to report a missing "No Parking - Tow Zone" street sign located under the new Russell Memorial Bridge (formerly the North Washington Street Bridge) in Charlestown. This is on Constitution Road where it becomes Water Street. Motorists park here quite frequently and block a lane of traffic. Thanks in advance.

Stop sign have not been fix for past eight months what is going on
