Charlestown tunnel from Route 1. There are multiple conflicting speed limit signs within a very short distance (appears to be at least three different limits within a few car lengths). None clearly indicate 35 mph prior to entering the tunnel. Based on my experience, this creates confusion and makes it difficult for drivers to determine the correct speed. My vehicle indicated a 45 mph limit in this lane, which adds to the inconsistency. This signage should be reviewed for clarity and consistency to ensure driver understanding and safety. I received a citation at this location and was unable to pursue a hearing due to work constraints, but I felt it was important to report this so others do not encounter the same issue. The 25mph sign in the tunnel is unreadable.

Yield to pedestrians sign destroyed on dangerous crossing of Belgrade at Penfield. This is at least the third time I’ve reported this sign and it’s gone more often than it is up. Please, please add flashing pedestrian signals on the side of this crossing. It is the only way to access the local park and I’m scared my toddler or another child will be hit on Belgrade. It’s impossible to see crossers during the winter because of parallel parking.
