Street sign needs repair

Abandoned shopping cart chained to a pole. Too closed to the car when you have to park right by it.

pole is down, sign is on the sidewalk. trucks keep crashing into the other handicap pole which is next to this one and it is now leaning precariously. | Public safety sign: [No] Type of sign: [handicap sign] Is the pole still there: [Yes]

Is there a plan to replace this light pole that was knocked down last fall? If not, can the sidewalk paver be replaced?
