Pedestrian sign post is directly in front of the driveway to 509 Centre Street. It requires a dangerous turn to get onto the street. If moved to the edge of the crosswalk, it would be safer. Previous signs at this crosswalk have been repeatedly run over.

Light pole not working at Lyon St, Dorchester, by Dorchester Ave. The 3rd pole on the left hand side. Very dark at night specially in the winter. Could be dangerous for people/pedestrians coming through at night with cars. Unable to upload photo, app crashes.
