Homeless camping out on stoop of 33 maverick square. Drinking alcohol in public, harassing residents and leaving their trash all over the place. This is becoming a persistent issue.

The road condition in back bay, particularly Marlborough street between Mass Ave and Gloucester, the cross streets like Hereford, Gloucester and so on are wrecking cars. This is not potholes from one winter. They have been BAD for many years and now have deteriorated to the point they are of safety concerns. Please come to take a look of these streets. The photo attached is just an example of Hereford, between Comm Ave and Marlborough. The entire neighborhood needs attention please.
