Blinking strobing street lights

Public work on the street damage the side walk in front of my house. Please ask them to fix it. They moved their equipment up a bit but 2 days ago they had a binvh of heavy equipment in that spot. I have video. 15 Rosemont st Hyde Park MA 02136

The entire public sidewalk and road curb in front of 86 Milton Ave in Hyde Park has washed away leaving a jagged edge and ditch. I have attached pictures that show the damage. There is a stop for the MBTA #24 bus about 50 feet away and I saw a person trip and fall there.
