    Under the bridge on Brooks Street is not properly shoveled, making it impossible to walk on the sidewalk. This is the city’s responsibility. I am attaching a picture but it doesn’t really show how big the mound is (it’s impassable.) We have to walk in the busy street in order to walk through. This is an EXTREMELY busy pedestrian area.

    MBTA Vehicles have been blocking the only shoveled path to the left of the Downtown Crossing exit on Franklin St., forcing pedestrians to climb over snow and ice. This is the third time this week that I have seen this happening during peak morning commute hours. Today the van was on. Even if it is temporary, these sidewalk exits should not be blocked.
