Snow in middle of crosswalk has not been cleared

#9 City Point bound bus stop on Tremont and Herald not accessible due to snow. Must walk over 2 foot+ snow bank to get on and off bus. Not possible. Shovel a 2’ x 3’ path to bus please.

Still can’t pass on this sidewalk. No curb cut. Ice and snow covering sidewalk. I push my stroller on the street here every day because it isn’t shoveled.

The snowbank is blocking the entire sidewalk.

The street across from the O’Bryant, where students are often dropped off by the bus, is completely unshoveled and covered in tons of slush.
