Snow in lane of street and onto ramp outside of residential property The Metlo located at 399 Congress street. Snow was not cleared in roadway during the last storm so we want to ensure it is cleared this time around.

Snow plowing needed on Bennett and Leicester streets in Brighton. There is still a significant amount of snow on these streets and cars are having a difficult time driving through.

Shoveling request for city-owned land - on Harold Park in Roxbury, there is a stairway and a walking path that connect the street to the sidewalks along MLK Blvd. During the Jan storm they weren't shoveled; could they please be shoveled this time? Many people on the street use them daily. I've attached a map of where they're located (can't take a good picture because still snowed in, but I can see from my window that they're not shoveled yet). Snow Mound Removal | Details: [Constituent is requesting assistance with snow removal in front of address due to plows pushing snow against their side of the street. Their main concern was EMS access as an elderly person so they just wanted to call it over to see what could be done at this time.]

I tried to submit the following report to Inspectional Services regarding insufficient heating but received an error message. I am attaching a screenshot. I live at 50 Western Ave 1123H Allston, MA 02134. For the past 4 weeks, my in-unit temperatures have been below 68F daytime and 64 nighttime. I have taken time-stamped photos of the thermometer every single day. When I brought this to the attention of my building's management 4 weeks ago, they either 1) denied it was a problem despite their own maintenance confirming there was a problem with air leaking through inadequately weatherproofed windows 2) promised twice to have a supervisor and window inspector come in the coming days, but fail to deliver each time 3) unreasonably extend the window for addressing this emergency issue in violation of housing and health codes. I have written documentation of all their communication delaying this emergency.

This is the second time the same car is parked in front of our driveway during a snowstorm. Would really appreciate it if the city would come and tow it because it’s blocking our driveway and we even put a sign out as you can see in the photo.

I’m on Tremont street in Brighton, which is a Main Street and there are cars parked on the street. There is a parking ban right now due to the snow storm and it would be good if the cars were towed only because it would allow the plows to clear the Main Street. Last time it snowed it was terrible. It was hard to drive as people just parked their cars however they felt like because the snow wasn’t cleared. Thank you.

So are we gonna tow cars in the snow emergency unlike last time and completely ruined the streets seeing as the rule state if you are parked in the snow emergency you get towed but you’re clearly not doing that
