I am a resident of Bay Village and I am filing a complaint regarding excessive parking tickets issued on my vehicle over a short period of time. My vehicle was parked outside my home and not in use. I received multiple tickets over a two week period totaling over 2000 dollars, including multiple tickets in the same day. Some of the tickets for expired registration, even after my registration had already been renewed and I was waiting for the updated sticker to arrive. I do not have access to a garage and rely on street parking where I live. This pattern of ticketing feels targeted and excessive under the circumstances. I would just appreciate for someone to check on the parking enforcement officers responsible for this area because I do not think this has been reasonable.

Dog locked out on deck for last hour barking nonstop. Happens multiple times per day. Reported here several times and marked “resolved” every time and then happens again hours later. Dog barks nonstop from moment it goes outside to when it is let back in. Sometimes for an hour. Can hear 10-12 house away

Constituent states they have been requesting for 2 years to get their sidewalk repaired. No updates or follow up has been made in that time. Constituent states that their property taxes do not match the conditions of the sidewalk in the area. | Cause of damage: [Normal deterioration]

A large uptake in the amount of homeless people taking up space in the area they leave a lot of litter on Clifton Street and the side streets that branch off of it ie Shirley st, Burrell st, George st. They frequent the area around 10p-2a at night sometimes later maybe if a police or substance use team could come out to the area around that time they could see this happening in action possibly have these people removed because they are a nuisance to those that actually live in this neighborhood in homes and are actually using illegal drugs and leaving needles behind all over the neighborhood | Case (SR) Type: [BPD: Quality of Life] Referred To: [POLICE: AREA B-2]

Drivers are constantly parking here on this bike lane, all day all night, every time while the law is never enforced. What is the point of building these bike lanes in the city if we can’t use it. It’s risky for us who are bike dependents.

Address: 157 Gold Street. We have been managing this property for over 6 years now and the owners have poured in thousands of dollars on pest control. They had rats in the basement (which is fixed), they had to replace trash barrels due to rat holes (replaced) and rat feces on their front steps (cleaned). We have engaged a pest control company (Secured Environments) to keep an regular rat/mouse treatment at the property to combat the rat population. With that being said, we strongly believe the issues with rats at our property are due to 209 D Street condo association. They have all their barrels lined up against our white PVC yard fence, which back up against their lot/driveway. They are constantly overflowing, lids open, etc. See attached photo from last night. My cleaners said a rat ran out of one of their barrels when she was trying to close the lid. Its been a problem for a long time and we need some enforcement from the City. The owners of 157 can't be the only property trying to combat this issue, it takes all neighboring properties to help reduce this growing problem throughout our city. Thanks, Leland. Constituent stated they were told that it must be 48hrs in advance and to contact BOS311 to submit complaint. Constituent is upset that they live in a residence with a first responder and they are going to have no preparation time for all the work starting tomorrow and going for 2 weeks. Constituent stated permit # is 1773339]
