What is the nature of the problem: [Property is overgrown with animal activity within the house and on the property. People regularly dump trash and waste in the property, including abandoning cars. There is a sign on the front door saying to deliver packages to a development project on the commuter rail further down the street. Pauline Patterson used to live at the address but passed away some five years ago. There is mail being sent by Comcast to the house that is addressed to McCourt construction. There was an auction for the house but the caller - who is the president of the neighborhood assocation -if the auction was valid and there is actually an owner of the property. McCourt construction regularly brings trucks down to access the development project at the end of the road, and the trucks have knocked down trash barrels and poles in the past. There is a blue Subaru parked in the driveway of the address that appears to be abandoned with no VIN number or plates on it. The car had already been ticketed by E18 for being abandoned in front of the hydrant, but it was pushed into the abandoned property to circumvent the ticket.
