Constituent states they have severe anxiety and are a single mother with 2 young children so going back and forth has been very exhausting. Constituent states that Winn told them that the BHA wants constituents out of the apartment. Constituent states that upstairs neighbors are the issue causing the leak in their bathroom. No eviction notice has been served, but constituent states they receive many letters from property management ruining their sleep over the weekends despite always paying rent on time and being a good tenant.
