The resident, who lives in a unit on the first floor, has been leaving her door open a few times a week for the past month. Each time she leaves her door open, there is a very, very bad smell throughout the entire building. It hits me as soon as I open the door of my fourth-floor apartment. States that she recently had pipes burst in her unit. Mgmt has done some work to unit ansd was told theat its safe for her to retun. Called is disabled and uses cane/walker and at time wheelchair to get around and cannot do so. Needs inspection. | Any children under 6 years of age: [No]

The constituent states theres no heat in this apartment. Theres also something leaking in color coming from the ceiling into home. The constituent states that the liquid coming out the ceiling and theres a mold smell in the house. The constituent states it is extremly cold. The constituent states he notified the landlord and she stated theres nothing that she can do about it. The constituent has proof of time stamped receipts and messages. The constituent is having a hard time breathing and dealing with all of these issues in his apartment. Requesting assistance with this matter. Constituent reports his neighbors are cooking all night long for their restaurant. Constituent reports the food is not for personal consumption. Constituent reports he is blind and has a hard time dealing with all the noise they are making. Constituent reports they reside in apartment 702. I did let constituent know this is a management issue and constituent still wanted a case to ISD made. Constituent states that they have been dealing with an issue where their roommate will frequently have people living in their apartment for extended periods of time which violates the terms of their lease. Constituent states they are being ignored by their management, Winn, in a BHA property, regarding a leak in their bathroom. Constituent states they have severe anxiety and are a single mother with 2 young children so going back and forth has been very exhausting. Constituent states that Winn told them that the BHA wants constituents out of the apartment. Constituent states that upstairs neighbors are the issue causing the leak in their bathroom.
