Why you telling me to schedule a pickup?? It is NOT my mattress. I walked past it. I think someone in apartment building threw it out in the street. As of yesterday it is still there. My original 311 report was pretty clear. I thought 311 was supposed to be an easy, convenient and effective for constituents. Ugh.
