Street signage needed. a dangerous intersection. 2 lanes, one turning, one going straight at an angle. Turning lane is being used to go through intersection impeding vehicles going straight. Signage is on the street not being seen so not effective.

Really disappointed in how Mayor Wu and the City Council are running Boston. The traffic is worse than it’s ever been, city dirtier than I've ever seen it, people park wherever they want with zero consequences (impacting everyone else around them) and the 24/7 construction is disruptive. It honestly feels like city leadership doesn’t care about residents at all. The way we’re spoken to by city officials is rude, dismissive, and not how I’d expect elected representatives to act. The new traffic routing on Arlington Street corner St. James Street is extremely dangerous. The right lane is right turn only and the middle lane is routed to the right of Arlington past James. However, so many drivers go straight in the right lane and I barely escaped being hit by one of those drivers going straight several times. Hoping that they follow the right turn only is not working.

Please provide BTD with the resources to be able to address complaints. The 9 words (and picture) here clearly indicate that the illegal parking is in a TOW ZONE. However, BTD constantly responds the same way, that the vehicle has a "residential permit." Are we not understanding something? If you have a "residential permit," can you park in a tow zone? Given the ordeal of parking, residents will park in the tow zone if they know they can.

Right turn only lane (Arlington St./ St James St.) intersection excessively abused. I walk that route daily. Every day I view at least 5 cars ignoring the “Right turn Only” arrows and cars proceed straight through the intersection. That intersection is a mess as it is very confusing and only produces daily back ups. The whole route needs to be reevaluated and redesigned. Actually the right turn lane works better if it were dedicated to straight AND right turn only since that is how it is actually being used. If it stays as is then that intersection rule should be enforced. Just a suggestion to ease traffic flow in my neighborhood.

Franklin Square park has an entrance as St George St and E Brookline St that is completely iced over and inaccessible. The ice extends from the entrance to the surrounding sidewalks. |

Please help at intersection of Arlington and St. James at the Park Plaza Hotel. This intersection needs very obvious, large signing that the left-hand lane on Arlington is for left-hand turn only onto Stuart Street. This stretch has turned into a nightmare of cars getting in the wrong (left) lane on Arlington jamming up the intersections on both ends . Thank you.

Constituent reports via email: At least 12 lights are not functioning around the periphery of the bus turn around at Back Bay Station . You access it from the Clarendon street side. People were out today trying to fix them but they aren’t working still . Not sure what the issue is but it’s a real safety concern .
