    People at 302 Saratoga street keep putting their trash in front of my house in between my handicap parking poles for my 91 year old mother. My house is 304 Saratoga street. Every week I move the trash from in front of my house to the front of their house. I’m tired of this going on. I’ve lived here my entire life. I sent you a picture where the barrels are before they place them in front of my house for trash day. My house is the blue house.
