    57 Webster still hasn’t taken their garbage out or removed the mattress and other household items properly. Raccoon, rat and skunk activity increasing. It’s been 10 days since last report was submitted and we see they received a violation, thank you! Just a reminder the shared alley has looked like this well over a month. Haven’t been able to make contact with owner/landlords.
