Constituent states concrete was haphazardly poured on the sidewalk and it is in a sorry state. Constituent is inquiring as to when Eversource plans to return and complete this work properly. Constituent also states that the amount of wires on utility poles in other sections of the neighborhood are nowhere near as dense and messy as the wire placement along the section of wrentham st between adams and florida.]
