Please close empty tree pit permanently as it is now too close to the new light pole/cell antenna and a new tree will not be replanted. |

At the corner of Nassau and Ash, by the light pole, the bricks need to be elevated to the height of the concrete. Thank you |

Serious hazard: cracked concrete, very uneven surfaces, wires exposed and gravel fill where prior electrified pole was removed incompletely. A pipe with cap extends above the sidewalk. I tripped on the wires a week ago, before the orange cone was added |

Constituent reports sidewalk is cracked and has loose pieces moving when people walk on it. It is located outside of the entrance to the exhibit on Columbus Ave. It is next to the street pole with the "Stop here on red" sign. Requesting that it be repaired before someone else gets hurt. Has been broken for a while making it hard for pedestrians with disability to manuever safely through the sidewalk. Corner of washington street and Forest Hills Street next to street light pole. |

Side walk is badly cracked. Cars and Commercial vehicles drive onto it daily. While repairing it may work to add a pole of some sort to discourage it. ( no parking or slow) thank you |
