    Case Resolved. National Grid damaged a 2" steel conduit going to an Eversource fed LP in front of 383 Dot ave. Breaks about 6' from curb. "Direct feed is hot AND is the feed pole for seven lights in the area. Notified Eversource to cut away the sevice in the manhole for saftey. Will need to find another feed, around D st @ Dot Ave. EP.
