Caller is reporting that lots 4&5 have been changed to two hour parking which greatly impacts residents. Now there will be no where to park for visitors, snow storms, street cleaning, etc. These parking lots were supposed to help enjoy the community regarding time restraints and this hinders the experience. Menino dedicated this parking lot to the community. Caller claims the parking lot must be cleaned asap. There is trash everywhere and there is a lot of broken wooden debris scattered around the lots. Vandals cut hole in fence so as to use it to evade police. States everyday, large groups of people congregate to drink/smoke and when police arrive, they run out through hole in fence cutting through neighbor's yards.
