Problem: [Caller says there is a staircase on the side of 5211 Washington street which does not have a light, and many people use drugs there, and then hang out around the neighborhood. Says because there is no light it is incredibly dark, and believes that a light on that staircase will help with this problem, and was told to call and request a light by the BPD community service officer. the light is on Overlook Rd - stairway runs from overlook rd to Washington St.. Remove 175 Mercury light and change to 37-39 LED and tip towards stairway]

Problem: [request to ONS for more lighting in the area - this location is now a school, and increased lighting will help students especially in the winter months. Street Lighting Engineer checked out area on 8/26/15 and found there is only 1 light a rate class 5 - need to install/attach a 250 MH flood light and aim towards tracks]
