The regular dumpster area for this apartment complex has every dumpster wide open (not unusual) and a pile of mattresses that has been there for over a week. More concerning is a new, bigger dumpster on the property. It is also wide open and overflowing. Looks like household trash, not construction debris. This is why our neighborhood can’t get ahead of the rat problem.

Constituent reported illegally dumped mattress and box spring in front of her property in 101006332084. Case was closed and items were supposed to be put in for pick-up, but constituent states the items are still there and have not been removed. I made an appt with the sanitation dept to pick up a Mattress but it was never picked up.
