We are facing an increasingly serious situation in Lower Roxbury that requires the City’s immediate attention. As cleanup efforts continue around the Mass and Cass area, groups of unhoused individuals are relocating into Lower Roxbury—particularly in the vicinity of 90 Windsor Street—where there appears to be little to no oversight from city services or law enforcement. Since May, two unhoused men have been residing on a public bench near 90 Windsor Street. For over six months, they have occupied the area while accumulating large amounts of trash, stored in shopping carts and scattered throughout the surrounding space. The resulting conditions are unsanitary, with an overwhelming foul odor, and the volume of debris continues to grow as time passes. With the onset of colder weather, the situation has escalated.

    29 31 Jette Ct, Brighton, Ma, 02135

The side of the housing development at 35 Fidelis Way, Brighton, MA 02135, 29 Jette Ct, Brighton, MA 02135 is full of trash. The community gardeners throw their trash their as do the residents of BHA. Once fall sets in and the trees thin out you can see the mass amounts of trash. We reported this last year and Boston did nothing. We cleaned up as best we could for the neighborhood (this is NOT our property, but next to us) and pulled out mattresses, motorcycle parts, clothes, tons of gloves and plastic jugs from the gardeners. Boston, fix this! Trim down all the overgrowth there too! You're making all these plans for Fidelis Park and yet the area next to is trashy!
