Hi, Our king mattress was not picked up yesterday as scheduled at 128 Bellevue St WRox. Could they please pick up today before it gets rained on? It is partially on the sidewalk and as we're both seniors it would be very difficult to move. Thank you.

My brother had a mattress pickup scheduled for yesterday throught the city's mattress recycling program; however, the mattress is still out in front of my house. Can we get an ETA on when the mattress will be picked up?

Dumped mattress

Abandoned motorcycle that has been there more than six months and is resting. There’s also a wire mattress frame, which has been there for more than a year. Unknown owners of the vehicle. Should go to impound. Please remove both items as they block the sidewalk. Thanks!

Motorized scooter using rug as a weather cover in front of assisted living. It’s there everyday and last year it was blocking the opposite side of the street with a mattress cover as weather protection. Definitely not leaving 42” for pedestrians or wheel chairs or strollers.

I am writing to report a case of illegal dumping. On the corner of Cummings Rd and Egremont St in Brighton, there have been several cases of mattress dumpings. This has occurred over the course of several months, often with 2-4 mattresses left on the street corner. Most recently, around 8 mattresses were left at this street corner. I am concerned with the sheer number of mattresses that have been left here over the last six months, as it seems to indicate nefarious activity. While it has occurred on several occasions, I only have photos from today, March 9, and January 9. I am more than confident that other residents would be able to corroborate the frequency and abundance of mattress dumping. | Witnessed incident: [No]
