Two mattresses have been left on Howard Street on the sidewalk

two bathrooms on fourth floor toilet what you stand up use leaks all on the floor and also i inform staff supervisor a few times nothing done and sometimes toilet don't flush and at night floor has urine leaking from toilet and toilet tissue with shit on it and it breaks down person mentally hygiene issues. Its Pine street inn 444 Harrison Ave fourth floor 02118 and over night all bathrooms needs to be clean and paper pick off floor with shit on it and pee on floor leaking from toilet and first bathroom toilet don't flush full of pee but when urine is mop on floor in morning it builds back up and leaks on the floor. 3 floor toilet keep flushing and new mattress on fourth floor because people back hurts | Case (SR) Type: [Miscellaneous] Referred To: [PUBLIC HEALTH COMMISSION]
