Rat activity related to 129 Portland St

Rats/rodents inside the residence at 24 Highgate Street. This is an ongoing/persistent infestation with repeated sightings inside the home, plus evidence including droppings/urine odor, gnaw/chew damage to appliances, food/packaging in the kitchen, and nighttime rodent activity/noise. The condition has materially impacted sanitary living conditions. “Monthly”Pest control visits did not resolve the issue, and tenants incurred out-of-pocket costs (~$200 and growing) for traps/supplies to mitigate. Property management (Green Ocean) was notified formally in writing on Feb 3, 2026 and has not provided a written response. Request inspection and enforcement for rodent infestation/sanitary conditions inside the dwelling. Additional documentation can be provided upon request.

2 rats seen coming out of 17 Loring street this morning and they ran across the street into another person alley

Rat in toilet 21 Joy Street, Unit 1, Boston, MA 02114. 9 PM 2/5/26.

Concerns of rodents finding entry points from an abandoned building into my residence (apartment building). Both buildings share a wall.

Rodents have been spotted in and around the abandoned building at 129 Portland St. I worry rats have made their way from their building through to 121-127 Portland St

Rats on property. Constant issue.
