My vehicle was towed from a lot with inadequate and illegible signage that failed to provide reasonable notice of towing enforcement. The property appears inactive, and the towing company confirmed they were not called by the property owner but were monitoring the lot. This raises concerns about improper authorization and predatory towing practices. I am requesting a review of this tow and reimbursement of all associated fees.

I am a resident of Bay Village and I am filing a complaint regarding excessive parking tickets issued on my vehicle over a short period of time. My vehicle was parked outside my home and not in use. I received multiple tickets over a two week period totaling over 2000 dollars, including multiple tickets in the same day. Some of the tickets for expired registration, even after my registration had already been renewed and I was waiting for the updated sticker to arrive. I do not have access to a garage and rely on street parking where I live. This pattern of ticketing feels targeted and excessive under the circumstances. I would just appreciate for someone to check on the parking enforcement officers responsible for this area because I do not think this has been reasonable.

Case Resolved. My car was parked at Mission st and got towed on Wednesday April 15th (3rd Wednesday) but the sign says 1st and 3rd Monday. I was park right under the sign. The other side said 2nd and 4th Wednesday. The website even says Monday. What can I do to resolve this and not have to spend an enormous amount of money to go to a small claim court?

  • Illegal Parking

296 Cambridge St, Boston, Ma, 02114

On Cambridge St (specifically Torit Montessori School - 300 Cambridge St) across from MGH, there have been construction vehicles and equipment for 18 months taking up the loading zone for the children’s pick up and drop off. In fact they are also taking up metered spots as well. I and several other parents have received parking tickets for parking on the side street where it’s designated no standing for 30-60 seconds at a time. The alternative is to block traffic on a busy road during rush hour. I see there are valid permits for the construction posted but when is this going to be completed by Feeney. This is construction being done on behalf of the city and they are issuing parking tickets of $90 a pop that the parking clerk doesn’t void upon appeal?? It’s getting ridiculous honestly

Case Resolved. That equipment has the proper permits and signage to be there. Thanks for submitting.

When was this cancelled? I have several parking tickets that I paid because your office said to read the sign. But we could tell no one was cleaning. So can you please issue a refund for my tickets?

The City of Boston advertises $10/day parking at the Metropolis Technologies owned Center Parking Garage in South Boston, MA for snow emergencies. A snow emergency started at 2pm on Feb. 22nd. I drove into the garage at 3:09pm on Feb. 22nd and drove out at 2:04pm on Feb 24th. This was less than 48 hours or 2 days and the snow emergency was to lift at 6pm on Feb. 24th. A person had 2 hours after the snow emergency lifts, but I got my car out before the 48 hour mark. My charge should have been $20 plus service fees and I was charged $31. The company only offers chat and the chat said they could not refund me “because the charge matches the parking duration.” This was not the advertised rate and is wrong.

My car was towed while I was meeting a client. There was no proper signage that said no parking. Which I have attached photos. Then the invoice also states that it was towed from a completely different address than where it was towed from. I was towed from Osprey way in Dorchester. Just trying to understand.

According to the Parking Clerk, the dumpster is absolutely in violation. A citation has already been issued, which makes that clear. The dumpster wasn’t moved after the first citation and it’s still in the same place even after you told the resident to move it two days ago. Start fining them - they are in violation and it’s not fair to every other resident that needs parking.

    CLOSED #101006500731

Noted. Upon arrival time of complaint the dumpster has a valid permit and the extra dumpster permit saving spots was removed taken up auto parking, no citation was issued at this time.
