46 Green St, Charlestown, Ma, 02129I am writing in regards to a $90 parking ticket I received at 1:18 a.m. at 3 Bartlett Street in Charlestown last week for no “stopping or standing”, I am including pictures since I don’t quite know the purpose of the no stopping or standing sign since there is an oversized flower box totally blocking the alley entrance preventing any vehicle from accessing this alley. Parking in this town is horrendous I’m barely over the curb cut & I’m not quite sure what my vehicle would be blocking since the flower box is preventing any access to this alley. I would like to make the BTD aware of this issue
CLOSED #101005705499Hello, please go to https://www.boston.gov/departments/parking-clerk/how-appeal-parking-ticket in order to schedule a hearing with the Office of the Parking Clerk about this issue.

74 Marine Rd, South Boston, Ma, 02127Constituent is a resident of South Boston who is currently serving with the Army National Guard. Constituent has a work vehicle provided to him for assignments that require immediate response. Therefore it is essential that the constituent has access to his vehicle at all times, makeing residental parking for his vehicle required. However, the company vehicle is registered out of the City of Boston and technically inelligable for a residental parking permit despite the constituent being a South Boston Resident. Due to the nature of their work, the constituent does not have the option to use a parking garage and is requesting their neighborhood liaisons and the Office of the Parking Clerk to assist in finding a solution to this issue. | Case (SR) Type: [ONS Coordinator Issues] Referred To: [ONS: SOUTH BOSTON]
CLOSED #101005680875Case Resolved. ,I sent them an email with the information they need. Thank you. Jacquelynne O'Toole Principal Administrative Assistant Customer Service Manager Office of The Parking Clerk Boston City Hall, Room 224.

Constituent would like to reach out to Beata Coloyan regarding an ongoing issue involving parking and towing dispute with the City of Boston. Constituent reports that she has spoken with Frank Mendoza about the issue and has not recieved follow up on the status of her situation with Parking Enforcement. Constituent spoke with the Office of the Parking Clerk and she was told that her disputes were going to be approved but were in the mail however the constituent reports recieving notice that her vehicle was going to be either towed or booted as a result of the unpaid towing fines. Constituent is hoping to speak with ONS leadership on the issue. | Case (SR) Type: [ONS Coordinator Issues] Referred To: [ONS: DIRECTOR]
CLOSED #101005669986Case Resolved. Deputy Director Mendoza was contacted by Nuwhelee yesterday. Nuwhelee has been replied to today.
