With the wind picking up outside I hope there outreach van get people off the streets

My name is Roseberline Merisier and right now me and my 8 years old son are sleeping in the living room because my power has been shut off. Even though I make I let the eversource know that I just applied for assistance and I was making sure I’m paying little by little. I’m writing this right now crying because it’s really cold in this house and as a mother I give my son both the blanket so he is not cold. I try to explain to them the reason why I’m so behind is because I had to help my mother out she would’ve been dead by now due to gang violence back in my country. I had to relocate her multiple time and old had to pay for all her medical costs by myself because in Haiti they don’t have insurance and if you don’t pay upfront they will not look at you. Daisy Field in Jamaica Plain (intersection of Bynner and Willow Pond Rd) is turning into a dog park. This morning around 8:15am there were 4 dogs (multiple owners) running off leash on the field - please see attached photo. There have been instances where the owners did not pick up after their dogs, which is disgusting as kids play sports here and people use the field for exercise. Could someone look into this as it has become a regular occurrence on week day mornings. Thanks.

Man seen behaving overly rough and abusive towards the dog he was walking. Dog seemed to be terrified as evidenced by tail fully tucked, ears back, lip licking, and trembling. I observed the man yank on the leash and swing the entire dog off the ground as a way to get the dog to move. Observed the yanking 2 times in the span of 60 seconds. I attempted to get a video of this occurring but was unable to capture the man swinging the dog on leash. Extremely disturbing. Initially saw this at the pinned location (in photo) at Chester Park on Massachusetts ave. Man then walked dog down mass Ave and lost sight of them after seeing them outside the mass Ave orange line station (side opposite from main entrance).
