    Woman playing fetch OFF-LEASH in LEASH-ONLY Gallagher park. Same black and white border collie as pictured in my last report. There's a dog park TWO BLOCKS AWAY she can go to and not piss off anxious dogs that need to be on leash.

    Unpermitted work at E St and W 8th Street by Feeney Brothers, kicking off jackhammers around 7 AM on a weekend outside permitted hours. This section has been dug up and repaved over a dozen times in the past year. At this point it feels like they’re taking a “why do it once when you can do it twelve times” approach instead of just finishing the work in one go.

    Location: 46 Soldiers Field Place, Unit 205, Brighton MA 02135 Complaint: Ongoing noise disturbance from Unit 305 directly above my apartment. Tenant's dogs are jumping off furniture, running, and barking during quiet hours. Disturbances tonight began at 3:16 AM, 3:58 AM, and 4:01 AM waking me from sleep repeatedly. This is a consistent daily pattern. I am a disabled tenant and this noise is affecting my health and sleep.
