Man blocked traffic to urinate in public. Drove off before I could confront him. But while this guy is a gross jerk, the bigger problem is the lack of public facilities. When Langone Park was renovated, the public toilet there was removed and never replaced. Sporadic placement of a portable toilet is insufficient. We need more public restrooms. Please!

Around 8:00 a.m. on April 15, 2026, I was walking near the public bus stop at the intersection of L Street and East Broadway in South Boston when I saw a large utility/service truck turn from L Street onto East Broadway. As it turned, the truck struck a parked black Hyundai SUV, knocking the vehicle’s front bumper completely off and leaving it on the street in front of the car. The truck continued on and parked a short distance away, and the driver then walked into a nearby Starbucks. I do not believe the driver realized they had hit the parked car. I took several photos of the damaged Hyundai, the displaced bumper, and the truck, including the truck’s license plate number (X37910). Large section of the roadway has been removed for construction. This caused a large “dip”. Nothing is marked. No signage about the drop. Spray paint has worn off. Been like this for a few days. You’re gonna get sued. This needs to be marked, especially after a few days!

Car horn is going off incessantly and no owner around. Corner of Piedmont and Broadway in bay village.

Driver in a red vehicle, license place 4vyb86, skidded to a halt at the intersection where I was crossing. I gave a gentle "slow down" gesture and said it was a residential neighborhood. He said "Shut up!" and drove off so fast I heard the tires skid against the asphalt, and he sped through his next turn just as fast. My neighborhood is all very narrow two-way streets and lots of kids live here.

Trash collectors broke my trash can. Lid was cracked, I reported verbally on 311 and nothing happened and now they have broken the wheel off!!

Issues ongoing since last year: -Heater permanently on. “~80 degrees” at all times. -Kitchen sink leaking from bottom.
