Sent many times, pole needs arm and light. Fell off long ago. Crew was out swapping lights and again did nothing to this pole. Very dark in this spot.

5 Wayne Street German Shepherd off leash roaming street and in our yard. This has been repeatedly reported. They let the dog out off leash daily.

Public works is currently at the top of Oxford St. That intersects Essex St filling in potholes which is very much needed! However, the problem is,they didn't block off the street ahead of time. So cars are driving down the street and getting stuck behind the public works truck while they are trying to fill in the pot holes. There are also parked cars on the street. I don't understand why they didn't block off the street ahead of time to do this? What good is it going to do if a car drives over the freshly filled pot hole and drives over hot tar? Also, the side walks on the street are in need of desperate repair as well and are collapsing into the street.The public works employees are also fighting with people who are getting out of their cars and trying to get by! It's a disaster!

There is a massive pothole on Charlesgate before it turns into Boylston in the left lane coming off of Storrow. It blew out both of my left tires! A little short of the light. Coordinates would be around 42°20'50.4"N 71°05'32.2"W
