I I called earlier at approximately 4:33 PM to report a dangerous tree limb hanging over Morton Street heading toward Forest Hills, just before passing the Shattuck Hospital. The limb is broken and dangling into the roadway. The representative who answered the call was extremely unprofessional. He refused to create a report or provide a ticket number because I could not give an exact street address, even though I provided clear location details and landmarks. I called back two more times and reached the same person. This situation needs attention both for public safety and for customer service quality. Please review this call and ensure the hazardous tree limb is reported and addressed.

Trash, large metal/fallen street signs, other litter along 688 East Second Street. Friends of NoB Neighborhood Association cleaned all public ways today. Can you help get this section cleaned/debris removed?

Trash, litter, debris all along 6 Elkins property, at East First and Summer St. The Friends of NoB Neighborhood Association volunteers cleaned all along the public side of their fences today. Can they please clean up all the trash on the inside of their fences?
