1 City Hall Plz, Boston, Ma, 02108This is a follow up to my unanswered emails to: - Mayor Michelle Wu -Chief of Staff Tiffany Chu -Chief of Operations Dion Irish -Senior Advisor Christopher Osgood -Senior Advisor for Community Safety Isaac Yablo Just wanted to circle back because I am still very concerned that when I called 911 it took at least 90 seconds to reach someone, if not 2 minutes. I initiated the call when the light was still red at Perkins & Jamaicaway. I got a callback at the light at Centre & Creighton. That’s almost exactly .5 miles during 3pm traffic. Fortunately, I have only had to call 911 two times in my life....but I do recall the first time was call was answered immediately (within the first 2 or 3 rings). Is 90+ seconds the n<truncated>

CLOSED #101005469094Case Referred to External Agency. Per Mass DCR: This had been sent to our Design and Engineering office staff who oversee paving and resurfacing. DCR Operations staff went and looked at the location and have asked that it be resurfaced. We have not yet received the date as to when this work is scheduled, but will pass along whatever we receive back. DCR Community Relations.
