Title: Repeated Loud Noise / Party Disturbance (Weekly Friday & Saturday Nights) Description: There is recurring loud noise from what appears to be parties in the upstairs unit every Friday and Saturday night. The disturbance is severe and ongoing, and it significantly affects the ability to sleep and rest. The noise includes loud music and heavy impact sounds, as if multiple people are jumping or stomping continuously. This has been happening on a weekly basis and appears to involve a large group gathering. The situation is consistently disruptive to nearby residents and is affecting the livability of the building. There has been a not parking sign at 4 Wendover street for years before this new building was built at 4 Wendover street. We are requesting that it be put back because the cars are having a very hard time getting through the top of the street when cars park in front of this new building. Parking was not aloud because the street is narrower at this point. I know be I use to live there for years.

This landlord has families moving in and out almost monthly, Today they tenants literally just threw everything and anything in street, it’s first time I’ve seen Rats in mid afternoon. This needs to be remove immediately it stinks, it’s a safety issue ( Health ).
