I am a resident of Bay Village and I am filing a complaint regarding excessive parking tickets issued on my vehicle over a short period of time. My vehicle was parked outside my home and not in use. I received multiple tickets over a two week period totaling over 2000 dollars, including multiple tickets in the same day. Some of the tickets for expired registration, even after my registration had already been renewed and I was waiting for the updated sticker to arrive. I do not have access to a garage and rely on street parking where I live. This pattern of ticketing feels targeted and excessive under the circumstances. I would just appreciate for someone to check on the parking enforcement officers responsible for this area because I do not think this has been reasonable.

Case Resolved. If any individual that has received a parking ticket in Boston believes that the ticket was given for an illegitimate reason, they are welcome to appeal the ticket at the Office of the parking Clerk. • Pothole

21 James J Storrow Memorial Dr, Boston, Ma, 02116

On Saturday March 28 I had a family gathering and we went out to a restaurant on Boylston St. In order to get there we exited Storrow drive on the Fenway ramp and hit a very deep pot hole that resulted in two damaged tires on the drivers side. One got flat and was replaced by the spare. When I got to the garage on Monday March 30th all 4 tires had to be replaced due to pot hole damages. I paid $1600 less than a year and a half ago. I had to pay for four new tires again this time. Many towns started filling pot holes in early to mid-March not so in Boston where I drive 90% of the time. Is there anything that can be done to help me out with this? | Where exactly on the pavement is the pothole: [On Roadway] What is the approximate size of the pothole: [See picture on Images tab]

  • Encampments

Intersection Of George St And Langdon St, Roxbury, Ma

See 101006614750, "There’s a large encampment of homeless people all along the street from the beginning of George Street to the end of Clifton Street if a police or community resource member could come out during the evening time to remove these people from this residential neighborhood where they constantly trespass residents’ property. This would greatly help the community because they are actively making the quality of life here lower and making it unsafe for all the children and elderly that live in the neighborhood there are two elementary schools less than 1 mile away from this area and children walk to school people walk their dogs. It’s very unsafe for all the residents in the area and recently many packages have been stolen by these people which I can confirm because the 40+ years I’ve lived in this neighborhood I’ve never had an issue with my package has been stolen or constant litter in front of homes and along sidewalks before recently the last 3 to 4 months." | Did the resident observe substance use: [No]

  • Empty Litter Basket

157 Gold St, South Boston, Ma, 02127

Address: 157 Gold Street. We have been managing this property for over 6 years now and the owners have poured in thousands of dollars on pest control. They had rats in the basement (which is fixed), they had to replace trash barrels due to rat holes (replaced) and rat feces on their front steps (cleaned). We have engaged a pest control company (Secured Environments) to keep an regular rat/mouse treatment at the property to combat the rat population. With that being said, we strongly believe the issues with rats at our property are due to 209 D Street condo association. They have all their barrels lined up against our white PVC yard fence, which back up against their lot/driveway. They are constantly overflowing, lids open, etc. See attached photo from last night. My cleaners said a rat ran out of one of their barrels when she was trying to close the lid. Its been a problem for a long time and we need some enforcement from the City. The owners of 157 can't be the only property trying to combat this issue, it takes all neighboring properties to help reduce this growing problem throughout our city. Thanks, Leland. The Hyde park municipal parking lot charge point chargers have been out of power for over 3 weeks now. I know everesource was doing work on the electrical boxes at the same time and since the charging stations haven’t been working and people can’t charge their cars and have to go out of the way and charge it somewhere else. Can we get this fixed ASAP. please and thank you. I did get in contact with charge point but since the city is charge of these chargers they can’t do anything.
