Code enforcement needs to issue a violation or the building department needs to have building secured ::spot:: What is the nature of the problem: [Building in the area that had a fire and is currently abandoned, unclear on the address, property is overgrown.]

What is the nature of the problem: [See BCS-00237903, "I am reporting a severe, hazardous sanitary code violation in the common hallway of my building. There is a massive accumulation of uncollected trash that has been left in the hallway.This decaying garbage has caused an immediate, extreme pest infestation. The hallway is currently filled with thousands of flies, and there is active rat and cockroach activity feeding on the trash.This situation poses an immediate biological and health risk to all residents in the building. Property management was formally notified of this hazard but has failed to remove the trash, sanitize the area, or send an exterminator.Please dispatch an inspector from the Inspectional Services Department (ISD) to evaluate this emergency habitability issue as soon as possible." Per Code Enforcement- "No code enforcement violation issued at this time. Please reallocate this case to ISD."]

What is the nature of the problem: [Const. is a concerned neighbor requesting that Inspectional Services get in direct contact with the owner of the building regarding the dilapidated conditons. Between the overgrown bushes and the dry kindling material in the second floor there are strong concerns of a fire.]

What is the nature of the problem: [The constituent said the back door to the property is open, and there are rats and other animals getting inside. She's fearful of homeless going in there and says there's a very strong oder coming from the building ("like dead animals")]

States that they have reported this issue directly to code enforcement but nothing has changed. States that there is also a large amount of rodent activity in the yard that is spreading to neighboring houses]

What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent reports home at service location is in poor condition and has been abandoned for at least 15 years: there is a vehicle leaking fluid- BFD has been notified but the issue continues, constituent lives nearby and states there has been an increase in rodent activity, the grass is overgrown and unkempt in both the front and back of the property and there is homeless people believed to be coming in and out of the property, and the constituent is unsure of how they are getting in. The constituent also states they have called numerous times regarding the issue and code violations have been issued, but would like to know what are the next steps. Requesting assistance with this matter.]

What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent states this building is still abandoned, not sure if people are squatting inside. Also an abandoned vehicle parked on property that is leaking some type of fluid, BFD has already been out once before to lay down sand/quick dry. Sent case to CE for poor conditions #101006213347]
