Positive cases of COVID in the Parking Clerks office on 2nd floor in Boston City Hall. No action taken. Employees need a 48 hour request to take 1 hour to get tested . Why aren't the employees being informed of positive Covid cases in the workplace? Mayor Walsh putting his employees at risk ! Employees may be unknowingly bringing virus home and infecting family members. Why is this matter being kept quiet? Disgraceful and irresponsible with no action taken by the Mayor. • Parking clerk's website for constituents to pay off their parking tickets is not great. System says it will take either the ticket number or the notice number but really it will only take the ticket number. Constituent requests for this website to be updated so it will not frustrate the consumers who are trying to pay off the tickets. | Case (SR) Type: [Miscellaneous] Referred To: [DOIT (DEPT OF INNOVATION & TECHNOLOGY)]

135 Humboldt Ave, Dorchester, Ma, 02121

Constituent is filing a claim with the city for a ditch that is located next to the sidewalk in front of 135 Humboldt Ave (William Trotter school). Around 6:30am (in the dark) on 11/20/18, she was attempting to park her car in the parking lot of the school, when her car fell into a ditch next to the sidewalk. She says that the ditch pulled off the entire front bumper, exposing the part under the bumper completely. She notes that part of the sidewalk was missing, and the rain made it difficult to see the ditch, which she speculates contributed to the damage to her car. Says that she has video footage of the incident if needed. | Case (SR) Type: [Claims vs City (City Clerk)] Referred To: [CITY CLERK]
