The constituent states that this vehicle is always parking at this location. It is a 2 hr parking spot. The constituent states the owner of the vehicle works at Faulker hospital. He did receive a ticket but continues to park in this area. He parks here everday during the week. Jenkins street south boston mass.......5 /2 hr parking sports in front of residentials homes that are never timed and tagged......7 days a week...the meter maids are never on the street unless called daily by constituents directly to the BTD and they still never answer to the call until the next day. this street is always used for non residential and out of state parking.....need to be consistent doing this street as the residents are the taxpayers.

Constituent states he was wrongfully let go from his job at Mass DOT based off heresay after telling a coworker not to refer to him as the 'n' word. After this, the employee that the constituent asked to stop, went to HR making claims that the constituent threatened him and that the constituent was also selling marijuana on the job. MassDOT hired an outside agency to do an investigation that sided with the constituent that there were no threats made and that he was dealing with discrimination in the workplace. MassDOT decided not to use the evidence from the outside agency and just take the other employees story over his. The constituent was never asked what happened when he was put on leave. Has been here for about 4/5 years. This is more than just a complaint against MassDOT but a much larger issue that residents of color in Boston have to endure. They are not allowed to ask someone to not call them a derorgatory name without having their whole life ripped from under them. New nightmare bike lane going on at exit 18 mass pike/ Boston liquors. Desperately needs white and black stripping for night time. You used to be able to pull across and there’s no indication that you can’t anymore. Someone already took the sign down at the end of it. My mom and I went off the road and are extremely hurt from hitting the new high curb that now dominates the second lane that used to be there. Who the hell commissioned this? I saw a Honda HRV break it’s tire rod clear off this morning from doing the same thing in broad daylight. I have seen three failures in 2 weeks. I’m a human factors engineer and this is a disastrous engineering failure to allow bikes to cross in front of those exiting to the MassPike. They didn’t need to take 2 whole lanes for a bike lane. There’s plenty of space. Coming off exit 18, they changed the merge and it makes no sense that the folks that have a blind spot have the yield. Put a mirror on the exit so we can at least try to not smash into each other. This design is a disaster, set up to hurt people in motor vehicles instead of making the roads safer for bikers and vehiclists. -A Furious Allston Resident
