Every Sunday evening, non-resident cars park along Commercial Street in the North End for the DCR Steriti Memorial Rink Free Skate from 3:00pm-6:50pm despite the multiple lots available to pay for visitors to park at. Visitors park in the residents only 6:00pm-8:00am spots as well as in front of the funeral home, which prohibits parking at all times. This issue has gotten completely out of control, leaving residents stranded with no parking spots. Visitors have begun yelling at residents who politely ask them to move their cars and then leave them there for hours. I reported the issue to Boston 311, but no actions were taken on their end despite their promise to call parking enforcement.

White noise. On Atlantic Ave in the North End, near the Greenway. It is 4:30 a.m. and we cannot sleep due to a horrible noise outside. It might be coming from the project in the subway egress at the end of the Long Wharf. That has happened before. Please stop it and prevent it from happening in the middle of the night henceforward. The ramp from the north side of Seaport Blvd down to the Harborwalk (adjacent to the southern end of Barking Crab) has a horribly icy and unsalted surface. I slipped quite a bit and did so directly into a massive pool of water at the base. It needs to be treated immediately to prevent injury.

Rainmasters Lawn Irrigation and Gold Lanscaoing are doing loud snow removal outside my house. I called 911 and made a 311 report against Gold Landscaping and Rainmasters. They’re hear doing snow removal starting at just after 3am. This has been happening every year since I started fighting Jerry Rappaport. If it snows during the day they show up at midnight and will be here until almost late afternoon. This isn’t a truck doing a pass by on west main. There are 4 trucks lined right outside my house and they have snow blowers, a small CAT machine, and other snow removal equipment. Never called 911 for this issue but it’s heavily documented and we complain every year. Great North has never changed this problem for us and I already know Gabrielle Gilman won’t do a damn thing. So I called 911 as a last resort. Photos and video attached. These guys only show up in the middle of the night. I’m sure there have been dozens of 911 calls before me but I’m hoping something is done this time especially since we know these two companies have been overcharging for snow removal for years now. Last year I complained to the mayor that we paid nearly $30000 for snow removal and it only snowed half an inch. I even sent the budget for the catastrophe.
