Who do I contact to complain about this school's management of the morning drop-off between 07:00 and 07:30?!?!? DAILY a full Lane of through traffic is blocked. DAILY busses drive up on brand new sidewalks and sit for extended periods. DAILY there are no police details to direct traffic through the one remaining through lane. DAILY only one or two staff appear to off load the busses. DAILY hardworking residents and MBTA busses are delayed in the chaos. For months now. Videos available upon request.

In front of 41/43 Worcester Street, a huge tree fell last Fall, resulting in major damage to the sidewalk. It has been coned off, but the sidewalk is not accessible to wheelchairs and a wheelchair cannot get by the damage.

Can we get something to fix trucks constantly running over the sidewalk? It’s taken out 2 trees and left out street looking awful. And it’s very disruptive causing buildings to shake and the trucks make a loud noise when they come off the curb.

There is a section of Essex street in chinatown, between the intersections of harrison ave and oxford street, that is constantly being driven by the wrong way on by bike based food delivery drivers. Often they drive off of oxford, take a left, and drive the wrong way down essex. my apartment window overlooks the area and I consistently see not only driving that small stretch of road the wrong way, but when there is traffic the opposite way, driving on the sidewalk. this frequently happens when there are pedestrians on that section of sidewalk and they have to jump out of the way. could any city attention be paid to this matter? thank you for all of your assistance. | Case (SR) Type: [BPD: Traffic/Parking] Referred To: [POLICE: AREA A-1]
