Needle found on snow hill street across from dog park

Needle found in the ground next to Union Boat Club Boat House at the Charles River Esplanade.

I am unable to use the public sidewalk. When will it be accessible?

Part time residents of 18 Chestnut have erected a chain across public property, calling it a private parking space. Cottage Rd continues on, although unused for vehicular traffic. They have put up a chain and planted bushes where the city plow needs to put snow in the winter. They also have installed cameras that are filming more of neighbors private land and public roadway than their property.

Constituent reporting that tow zone sign was knocked over and the pole and sign are now on the fence in front of the property and there is damages where the sign was in the median.
