Thankfully no damage to my car so I won't file an official police report but I do want to file a public report so that someone is aware, and if possible, reach out to this individual. This type of parking is NOT OKAY. If the space is to small to park appropriately, they need to find another spot. This occured right next to the new hotel they're building on Porter Street in East Boston.

There is a public faucet / waterline that has been open and running at full pressure for several days and cannot be turned off manually. Many have tried and it won't turn off. 113 Chandler Street has a tree and fire hydrant in front. The tree roots have disrupted loads of the bricks. Many are missing taken by who knows. Many are floating around. The trash fellows have a hazardous mine field to navigate as much trash is put out in this open space. It is practically impossible to shovel snow with loose and protruding bricks. I feel it is a public hazard at this point. Wonder if we can please get some help? Thanks for considering
