This train was emitting a strong chemical smell that could put anyone breathing through it a stroke due to the strength of it

Dino from the Red Line division of the MBTA has asked me to open this ticket to officially report that there is a MBTA manhole cover that has become unaffixed from the roadway. As such, when vehicles drive over the cover there is a loud and disruptive sound. City tree has gown heavily into my yard. Huge Branches falling everyday and dead branches have smashed plants and lighting. I’d like to prune it down 12 ft. I have attached pics with red lines showing where I would like to prune. I’m happy to pay for the pruning myself but want to make sure it’s ok and that I can proceed. Thank you.

Need a crosswalk on Centre street, on east side of Centre Street/Arborway rotary. No way to get from South to North side of the street. Red lines drawn as examples. People constantly cross this street (myself included) at this spot and it is dangerous.

Approaching 5 years on these temporary trench repairs. This is an important sidewalk to get to red line. Nearly broke my ankle. What’s the hold up on finishing the work? If this is the property owner’s responsibility, please detail what efforts you’ve made to make them get it done. A lien? Holding securing deposit on excavation permits? Not sure why a private party’s actions get to cause so much strife for the traveling public and disabled on a public sidewalk.

Please get a crew to head over to Downtown Crossing and fix this blown out part of the wall that you’ll see on the right side of the path leading to the long escalator up to Hawley St from the Red Line. Beacon street near BC on the section owned by Boston has long broken road the length of the width of street in the direction towards west. The broken road is shown as red line in the attached picture. It is inside the Boston city boundary (dotted line).
