Broken Sidewalk
51 Savin Hill Ave, Dorchester, Ma, 02125Approaching 5 years on these temporary trench repairs. This is an important sidewalk to get to red line. Nearly broke my ankle. What’s the hold up on finishing the work? If this is the property owner’s responsibility, please detail what efforts you’ve made to make them get it done. A lien? Holding securing deposit on excavation permits? Not sure why a private party’s actions get to cause so much strife for the traveling public and disabled on a public sidewalk.

101 Arch St, Boston, Ma, 02110Please get a crew to head over to Downtown Crossing and fix this blown out part of the wall that you’ll see on the right side of the path leading to the long escalator up to Hawley St from the Red Line. I’ve been walking by this for a long time now. Does the city/MBTA not do walkthroughs of these stations? This is embarrassing. Please fix it. Thank you | Case (SR) Type: [MBTA] Referred To: [MBTA]
