  • Per constituent email: Hi! How are you ? Because I'm bad! How was your arrival at the Boston office? how many subways or bus , or who knows both , did you take ?? Because to get to my job I take 3 subways and then I walk until I get to my job. You probably have your car, right?! I would really like to complain about the delay of the subways and buses. This is a lack of respect for workers. I work at 4:00PM, but I leave the house at 1:30PM, because I'm afraid the subway will just stop working and I'll have to wait for the bus which is a MESS!! That's when I'm waiting a lot and I have to take an uber, more or less the value of 1 hour and a half of work. I earn little, I work a lot, and I'm also a student. Since you charge extremely high taxes, at the very least the subway should be coming every 5 minutes! all !!! Always some metro is not working or they break down in the “half way”. Either it's the Orange line, Blue Line, Green Line or Red Line! I take the blue, green and red to get to my job!! For God's sake, fix this immediately! I get home around 12:00AM, and I don't need to take a bus to get home, but I see a lot of workers (of course, most if not all; Hispanics) queuing up for 1 bus! This is sad and unacceptable! I took the Red line yesterday from Downtown Crossing and while going down the stairs there is so much dirtiness on these stairs that it says a lot about our city. Let's remember that we always have visitors and first impressions last long. 2. Also, can you work with the MBTA -Orange Line and encourage them to work on improving the wait time for passengers who use this line? I use the other lines less often but they run on a more acceptable basis. I usually wait for the Orange train 13-15 minutes on a daily basis and this is unacceptable.
