No resident sticker. In “2 hour” for weeks at a time. It’s ridiculous.

Subject: Updated broken sidewalk Incident Report – Correct Location Information I am submitting this update to my previous incident report regarding my fall on Baker Street. At the time of the original report, I was disoriented and attempted to identify the location using Google Maps, which resulted in an incorrect address being provided. I have since revisited the area and confirmed the correct location. I am attaching photographs showing the damaged/lifted sidewalk at the light pole just before 157 Baker St and previous report attached as well. I am providing this correction to ensure the records accurately reflect the incident location and to help prevent potential injuries to others, as the sidewalk remains in a hazardous condition. My son uses a wheelchair. He lives in the dorm right in front (91 bay state road) he stumbles on it all the time. And with time, it could damage his wheelchair. If you could please repair it

For the second time in a week, a trash vehicle has been blocking the sidewalk where an alleyway meets Dartmouth St. As a pedestrian, there is no way around since there are snowbanks blocking the way from the street to sidewalk. I tried to walk around the front and had to hold onto the truck and squeeze between the side of it and the snowbank. This could be dangerous. Another person had to climb over the snowbank to get around but I didn’t think that was safe for me to do. I told the truck driver that he was blocking the entrance. There is no reason that these trucks need to block pedestrian walkways (also known as sidewalks). We have no where else to walk but the street and then cannot easily get back on the sidewalks. Terrible attitude from the driver, gave me a peace sign hand motion. Seemed to think it was funny. Pedestrians have no rights here, always secondary to cars. I told him I would report him to the police and then he moved but he laughed and said who are you going to report to? I tried to get a license plate but couldn’t see, so I took photos of the truck.

Car with out of state plates parked in the same spot on Princeton Street (which has daily residential parking restrictions year round, supposedly) SINCE THE SNOW STORM IN JANUARY. It’s about time to ticket them, wouldn’t you agree?

Illegally parked car from New Hampshire parked in a no parking zone. This car’s alarm has gone off 3 times for more than a minute each time. Please remove.

Huge dump truck idling in braces place parking lot for long periods of time for about the 10th time this week. It’s loud, it’s always here, and it’s bad for the environment.

At 12 Holden St. Dorchester Ma. 02125 "Driveway" Cars keep parking in front of there driveway ( which is against the law) opposite of our driveway (9 and 12 Holden St. Dorchester Ma. 02125) and makes it difficult to get in and out, which cause traffic on our street trying to get in. It happens everyday 7 days a week and mostly night time. It's just a solution which ticketing or towing the vehicle's would help, but maybe a sign saying "NO PARKING BETWEEN DRIVEWAYS! would help us at 9 and 11 Holden St Dorchester Ma. 02125 We try leaving notes on vehicles to let him know our situation in a polite way to no avail...PLEASE HELP!!!

Boston laws state a vehicle is legally allowed parking on one spot on a public street is limited to 72 hours. Many many many many many vehicles not moved and covered in snow now for over 2 weeks and the city has not done anything. This does not allow for parking for residents businesses and visitors. Please ticket and tow vehicle holding spaces for weeks at a time. The city removes space savers, remove vehicles being used as space savers too!!! Please address this issue so Residents are able to park and move about the city safely. Continues to be an issue Boston refuses to address.

Over 2 weeks of the left lane blocking due to snow. Traffic every night due to the bottleneck in Congress St passing Post Office Square, backing up to City Hall. Are you waiting for it to melt? This time frame is ridiculous. Awful response for Boston workers!
